Just a few quick reminders on the HOA guidelines.

 “Except as necessary forgarbage and/or waste collection, all such containersmust be kept within enclosed structures or appropriately screened so that theyare not visible from any Lot or part of the Common Area.” Please remember to put your trash and recycling bin in your back yardor garage on non-trash days.   You mayalso submit an ACC request to build a screen for them.

 

LawnMaintenance: Please be sure to mow and edge your yards and flowerbeds.  Dead trees need to be removed. The best timeto replace the tree is late fall through early spring.

A Few Points toKeep in Mind:

1.Pets should always be on a leash while in public areas and cleanupof pet waste should be immediate.

2.Please drive safely through the community. Children should also bereminded to watch for traffic.

3.Music, conversations, gatherings, and play noise levels should alwaysbe appropriate, but especially during the community quiet hours. (Typically,between 10:00PM - 7:00AM)

4.Exteriors of homes and yards should be kept clean and free ofdebris and miscellaneous items.

5.Remember to submit an acc request form for any exteriormodification made to the home as well as landscape projects.

6.Trash cans should be stored out of view on non-trash day. Pleasedo not store the trash cans in front of the garage or on the side of the house
