On Behalf of the Board of Directions, we wanted to reach out to all owners and remind them that cold weather is coming in the next few days.
Please be sure to cover any outdoor faucets and leave any indoor faucets on a fast drip the night of the freeze. This will help ensure that you don’t have any frozen or burst pipes during the cold snap. Also, have a plan in case the heat goes out, as repair people may not be readily available.
